Which is why at Ristorante La Traviata we prefer not to give our guests a pre-printed menu. We want to offer you the best of local tradition every season of the year.

Fresh, handmade pasta


Our classic winter dish at Ristorante La Traviata is tortellini in broth. Our green lasagne are ideal in any season, cooked with the classic Bolognese ragù that has been a fixture of Emilian cooking for centuries. For a more modern, revisited take on lasagne, it's worth trying our version with mortadella mousse and without tomato. Saffron, one of the culinary kings of our region, flavours dishes in all seasons, like tagliatelle with rabbit or tagliatelle with asparagus and culatello ham.


The pasta we serve our guests is always fresh, handmade and carefully worked in various ways to create refined dishes with unique flavours.
