"My father, Rinaldo, born in 1928, an imaginative, reserved but assertive cook, left an imprint on this restaurant, preserving its century-old tradition. Today he would be proud of what I have been able to accomplish as well. Our history is in the vocation for good cuisine, which we have been cultivating from one generation to the next, and in the love for our region, Emilia, which is so rich in art, history and culinary tradition.
